The scheme is currently in pre-planning with the local authority and, with all technical surveys completed, a Planning Application is expected April 2018. The proposed scheme will also include a mixed retail element to help the planning process and maximise the value of the land which sits in the open countryside, within green barrier and outside the settlement boundary.

They clearly explained the Planning Policy behind the Local Authority and then submitted our land for inclusion within the short-term housing needs strategy and have subsequently completed a Pre-Planning Application in readiness for a full planning application. We had no idea of the potential of our agricultural land, never mind achieving planning.”
