After an initial meeting, our brief was to maximise the receipt value of the plot and prepare an exit strategy via a sale for their land, which was located in open countryside, within green barrier and outside a settlement boundary.

After ecology, historic and coal mining surveys were successfully accepted, we gained planning permission in December 2016 for the demolition of two existing semi-detatched cottages and outbuildings and the erection of two large, modern, detached cottages with garages and landscaped gardens. The sale was completed in August 2017 to a house builder with construction due to start a few months later.
