Our involvement in bringing 92 homes, including 30% affordable housing to this Green Barrier site began prior the LDP adoption. We supported the site via robust representations at key stages and finally achieved a draft allocation in 2019.We are proposing to build the scheme with our development partner Stewart Milnes during 2020. This will bring our total of family homes brought to the settlement of New Brighton, Mold to 116 with a GDV of circa £24 million.
