The planning application was successfully approval by the Planning Officer but refused by Planning Committee, but thanks to our experienced team the scheme got the backing it needed on appeal via the Planning Inspectorate. Permission was granted in May 2017, two months later it was sold to a house builder and a month later work started on site.

This whole planning application and sale wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for their expertise and perseverance. They achieved fantastic value for our land and we couldn’t have been happier with what they did for us.”
